CUCUMBER - BEIT ALPHA (SLICING)

An Open-Pollinated Cucumber developed in Israel. 6-8" cucumbers are bitter free and delicious slicing cucumbers. Can be also used as a pickling cucumber picked at a smaller size. 

How to Grow: Sow indoors 3-4 weeks prior to last frost or direct seed after all risk of frost and soil has warmed.

Planting Depth and Spacing: Plant 1/2" to 1" apart and space plants 6 in apart in rows 4-6' apart.

Germination: 7-14 days

Height and Spread at Maturity: Spread can be up to 6-7'

Plant in a full sun location in well-draining, nutrient-rich soil for best results.
