LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL

100% Pure Lavender Essential Oil.  This is a pure, therapeutic grade, organic oil.   Lavandula Angustifolia - English Lavenders.

USES:

First aid: clean wounds, soothing skin, cuts, scrapes, burns. Relaxing & good sleep: Calming, relieves anxiety, promotes peaceful sleep, balancing. For sleep, place a drop or two on your pillow or on a cotton ball and place it inside your pillowcase. Alternatively, massage oil into the soles of your feet, or add to a diffuser to calm the mind and promote good sleep. For calming, use our Direct Inhalation technique - place a drop of lavender essential oil on your palm, rub your hands together, cup your hands over your nose and take 3 deep breaths with your mouth slightly open (you can also use a nasal inhaler). For relieving anxiety, add to your bathwater combined with bath salts. Skin & Hair: Cooling skin, anti-inflammatory, promotes healthy scalp and hair growth. Add a drop or two to your body wash, lotion, shampoo, or conditioner. Blend in a carrier oil such as jojoba for children & elderly with sensitive skin (about 1% essential oil with a carrier oil).
